About Me

“Experience matters…”

Having a chronic illness (diagnosed at 9 months) has given me a unique approach to health as I’ve experienced first hand how lacking health impacts the vitality of life, mental wellbeing and whether or not we feel a sense of purpose. In that regard I’ve been in a coaching fellowship my entire life, continuously seeking knowledge on how to heal, grow and prosper, along the way learning what works and what doesn’t. It is through this experimentation that I now coach clients with understanding, compassion, and awareness. Best of all, I meet you where you are and accompany you on your own personal journey to living as your best Self. 

With a background as a conditioned athlete in ice hockey and soccer, Kate has practiced the essence of hard work and strenuous conditioning. It was then that she began working with strength coaches who were physical therapists and massage therapists by trade. It was through their focus on proper form and alignment based strength training that her passion for fitness was ignited. Now she has deepend that passion through multiple educational certifications based in alignment, corrective exercise and pain relief through exercise. She is a practiced student of mindfulness, meditation, emotional healing, bringing these influences into her work with clients to allow them to reap the benefits, deepen their practice or explore for the first time. Her philosophy is safe, effective and mobile strength training. Trying to figure out what all of this means for you? “My Philosophy”

I have a passionate belief that it is my duty as your coach to teach you what to do, how to do it and WHY you’re doing it. I educate clients to empower them to make long lasting changes that stick, becoming part of their everyday lives, thought patterns, self-worth and habits.

It has been through my own experiences of (past) struggle, pain and suffering that I am able to lead clients to positively shift their journey toward radiating with health, joy and ease. Being born with a chronic disease (dis-ease) that greatly impacted the state of my physical body, mental health and life span, I’ve experienced the spectrum of health and what TRULY works (kudos to the many years spent on the path of what DOESN’T work). 

I believe within us we hold a marvelous ability, beyond normal awareness, where our body, mind, and spirit are fully capable of (eagerly) healing COMPLETELY. I meet clients where they are and together we begin to explore the challenges they’re facing in their physical,emotional and spiritual beings, thus, their life.
