Flaxseed: high in fiber and works to quicken process of movement through intestines. Rich in omega-3 fatty acid, alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), that may be helpful for heart disease, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), arthritis, and other health problems.

Turmeric: helps reduce inflammation, fight infections and treat digestive problems.

Dandelion Root: raditionally used as a diuretic it balances and eliminates fluid in body, increasing urination. Improves upset stomach, improving digestion. It has been used for conditions (liver problems and high blood pressure) where diuretics are helpful.
